We only contact people who specifically request information from us, by subscribing to our free newsletters or by purchasing products.  We collect personally identifying information from vistors during online registration and/or online purchases.

Generally, this information includes name and e-mail address for registration to receive our free newsletters, and name and postal address when purchasing our products or requesting information by mail.  All of this information is provided to us by you.

Any financial information (such as credit card information) is kept private by 100% secure 3rd-party vendors; we never see your financial information.

How do we use this information?

Any information we collect is used for internal purposes only.  We do not sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, etc.).  Your information is not shared with any other 3rd party or company except for billing and shipping purposes.

What are cookies, and how do we use them?

Cookies help track a visitor's "session" while online.  By showing how and when our visitors use this website, this information can help us improve our website.  We will only use cookies to view information directly relevant to this website.  The use of cookies is an industry standard, and most major websites use them.  Cookies are stored on your computer and not on this website.  If you do not wish to receive cookies, or want to be notified of when they are placed, you may set your web browser to do so, if your browser permits this (most do).

How do we store your information?

Your information is stored at the list server that delivers our newsletters.  Currently, we use Aweber.com, one of the most trusted and reputable email services online.  Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage our lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who have specifically requested to receive our newsletters.

All of the emails that we send to you include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.  You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters and emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link.
